Installing your warehouse epoxy floor starts with dirty and inspecting the floor for damage, such as cracks or chipping. If we find any damages, we’ll need to repair it before continuing. Once the repairs have been made, we start preparing the surface of the concrete. We prepare the surface using a floor grinder fitted with diamonds to grind out any minor blemishes and ensure proper adhesion of epoxy on concrete. After surface prep is complete, the concrete needs to be prepped for epoxy. A number of layers need to be applied according to their thickness, and a clear topcoat will finish it off. The epoxy will cure after 72 hours; once it’s done curing your warehouse floor will be ready for use.
